CO-FOUNDER
Toni Rodgers is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive business experience as a McDonald’s Owner/Operator. She launched her first franchise in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and went on to build and lead high-performing operations generating more than $310 million in sales and employing over 1,800 team members.
In Denver, Toni has served as a board member for the National [McDonald’s] Owners Association, The Center for African American Health, The International Women’s Forum of Colorado, the Denver International Airport Concessionaires Association, and the Airport Minority Advisory Association, the Chevy R.O.C.K. Foundation Board Member, Washtenaw Community College Foundation, Ann Arbor State Bankk, SEMMOA (Board President), and the Denver Women’s Operation Network (Board President). She has also partnered with organizations including The Denver Links, Inc., EspeciallyME Inc., The Denver Foundation, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance, and the Council for Motown Museum Expansion.
Through their philanthropic work, Toni and her husband have awarded more than $300,000 in scholarships to minority students. Together, they established The Rodgers Foundation to further advance educational and community opportunities.
Toni is happily married to Benjamin Rodgers and cherishes her blended family of children and grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, shopping, event planning, decorating, exercising, and playing the piano.
